TEAMS THAT WIN MORE THAN ONE ENTRY CAN SELL THERE ENTRIES TO OTHER TEAMS THAT HAVE PLAYED IN A QUALIFIER IF THEY WISH !!
IF WE END UP WITH MORE THAN 18 TEAMS I WILL HAVE THE PAYOUT KNOWN TO ALL BEFORE THE EVENT HAPPENS !!
